Designed by Nonda Katsalidis, Seafarers will transform the city’s last remaining expanse of undeveloped riverside land into a waterfront precinct of extraordinary quality and character. Centred on an inspired reimagining of the heritage-protected Goods Shed 5, this visionary new Yarra River precinct will feature Melbourne’s first international hotel-branded residences – 1 Hotel & Homes, above Australia’s first 1 Hotel, the world’s leading eco luxury hotel brand. A pylon sign was designed to identify the entrance to the developments display suite.
